About the artist: With a passion for art and turning simple graphite and paper into creative images that evoke meaning in others, I am proud to own Two Dogs & a Hedgehog: The Punny Card Company. I look forward to celebrating significant events in your lives as we mark the milestones together with this card collection. Each card in this collection starts with a title and a pun in mind. I then use pencil and paper to create what I imagine, ensuring that I capture details and nuances of daily life in these so-called snapshots. I want to provide enough detail to tell a story but leave enough room for interpretation by the viewer, inviting the viewer to become a participant rather than a bystander in the narrative.

My early art was developed as a personal narrative of my life story. As relationships developed through my art, connections with others were established. It became apparent that my images carried meaning to more individuals than just myself. As a result, I decided to share my images through two self-published texts titled “I am... Drawing Conclusions” and “I am... Sketching Possibilities.” Both texts are available for purchase through Amazon.

Two Dogs and a Hedgehog is named in honor of my two pups, Finnigan Se and Benny, a Parson Terrier and a Beagle, and my previous hedgehog, Henry. Though they may not have an official role in my business, they play a significant part in my creative exploration and my passion for my work. I hope you enjoy the cards with as much excitement as I had creating them.
